FALL RIVER — Police have warned residents of multiple black bear sightings in the North End of the city this morning. The Fall River Police Department has told residents to avoid the 5000 block of North Main Street as "Massachusetts Environmental Police are working to locate and relocate the bear as quickly and safely as possible," according to a post on the FRPD's Facebook page. According to the post, the FRPD is "aware of multiple black bear sightings in the north end of the city." The 5000 block of the city is the neighborhood area south of the Four Winds apartment complex, which is located at 5500 North Main.
